For those traveling with an RV, the property offers the option to hook up to electricity for an additional fee of $5 per day (please notify us in advance if you intend to do so). However, please note that sewage hookups are not available.

Our backyard is open for camping; however, campfires are prohibited due to wildfire risks. Instead, we provide a dedicated fire pit for this purpose.

We provide a pack 'n play and a high chair for our younger guests, however, note that the property is not baby-proofed. It has stairs both inside and outside the house, and is built on high pilings, which require climbing stairs to access. Therefore, we welcome babies at your own responsibility only.

Despite offering sleeping space for up to 19 guests, it's important to note that only 13 spots are suitable for adults, with the rest being top bunk beds designed for kids. While the top bunks accommodate standard single mattresses (75 inches long), they're not suitable for individuals over 190 lbs, and the stairs aren't suitable for adults either.

We cap overnight guests at 13 adults and 6 kids for the bunks, though we recommend a mix of 8 adults (3 kings, 1 queen) and 11 kids (5 bunks totaling 10 beds, plus 1 top bunk over a queen).
